Spring Cleaning

This isn't about messy closets or dusty tabletops, but all the poor habits we pick up during the winter months. That little bit of extra weight, anxiety, stiffness, sluggishness, poor sleeping habits; whatever your winter symptoms were-get out of the house and start making real changes to improving your overall health. This process begins with a one to one examination of posture, discussion of health issues and creation of simple spring goals. First session: $100 for 90 minute session, regular sessions are $60 for 60 minute sessions.

Life Transformation Series 

If you are making large changes to your life that require abnormal amounts of mental, physical and emotional strength, come learn postures, breathing techniques and wellness tips to prepare you for your unique and individual journey. This package includes weekly private yoga lesson and daily personal practice sequences.

Biography

Courtney Hill is a Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master with a background in Modern and Classical dance. Her yoga classes both soothe a tired soul and envigorate the body preparing students to reenter the world with renewed energy and a sturdy foundation. Though Courtney's classes are very often an intense physical workout, all of her classes emphasize the importance of modification to protect and support the individual body. Courtney is also a writer, dancer and artist and loves exploring the connection between the physical body and creative mind.
